There are so many tools for self-care available to us, so I have compiled a short list of items I find useful for my own wellbeing. I'll be looking into what benefits they have and how they work. Self-care is not selfish, it's essential to look after your health and wellbeing so that you can cope with all of life's demands and give to others.
