Cupping targets deep tissues and muscles with small cups that are applied with suction, pulling the tissue up beneath them and increasing blood flow.
Acupressure, much like acupuncture, is treatment via stimulation of pressure points on the body. However instead of needles, pressure is applied, similar to physiotherapy
