Tools for self-care

Various in-person treatments can be expensive, so I have compiled a short list of items and practises that I find useful for my own wellbeing (at a fraction of the cost of regular acupuncture sessions). I have reached out to other professionals to bring us some basic information about their trade/products, what benefits they have and how they work.

Self-care is not selfish, it's essential to look after your health and wellbeing so that you can cope with all of life's demands and give to others.
